Hugh Baird College has a vast experience in working with employers, not only do we tailor the training but we assist in the identification, promotion and evaluation of applying the new skills into the workplace. Flexibility and personalisation of courses in line with the ever-changing needs and business objectives of the employer is paramount. Our business service delivers from the basic to the most in-depth of training and can vary from as little as one hour to a course run in the early hours in line with a shift pattern.
Case studies have ranged from delivering food hygiene in a Chinese takeaway on a Sunday to working with the local branch of a national company, delivering a stimulating but comprehensive training in a software package that had been written specifically for their Company.
