This case study highlights one example of the impact that we have made for employers;
Shell Stanlow asked us to develop IT skills, focusing on specific skills needs for job roles, to meet business objectives and improve performance. Robert Macknay, Team Leader at Shell, said "This was a very flexible and highly tailored learning programme, allowing personalised training based on clear business objectives. The course allowed the team to be trained in just the IT skills that were needed."
This was so successful that we are now working with the company to develop advanced skills.
